Arthur T. Healey, CPA, JD Arthur is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and General Council of InforMedix, Inc. Mr. Healey is directly responsible for all financial reporting and financial modeling. In addition, Mr. Healey is involved in the negotiations of contracts, licensing of patents and investor and vendor relations. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer for the BioMedical Development Corporation. Mr. Healey is a certified public accountant and an attorney with over eighteen years experience working with entrepreneurial companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services industries. He previously served as senior management with "Big Five" firms Ernst & Young, Coopers & Lybrand, and KPMG Peat Marwick for twelve years, and was Chief Financial Officer for an early stage business accelerator in King of Prussia, PA called GoHealth NetwoRx.
