It’s easier on the eyes. Easier on the fingers. And frankly, easier on the brain. All of which makes it better for the patient, the investigator, and the study.
The Med-eMonitor ePRO diary is simple and intuitive—especially for elderly or challenged patients. Its screen is a generous 12.5 square inches—about 3 times larger than the
one on a typical PDA. So you see more, navigate less. All text is a squint-free 16 points in size, too. And the Med-eMonitor screen is the only one large
enough to display full-size visual analog scales to give you the most accurate patient feedback. Our finger-friendly buttons also require less manual dexterity
than a PDA stylus. (And they never get lost.)
The software interface and user navigation flows are almost second nature, even for first time users. They were developed by a team led by a physician with
extensive experience in patient psychology and interaction. So you don’t have to worry about adherence or data being compromised by hard-to-decipher
prompts and directions. And when it comes to communicating all of this valuable information to the database, patients just place the Med-eMonitor unit into
its handy cradle and the data is automatically uploaded.
