attendee participation providing intensive training from industry experts.
BASIC:
Limited lighting experience, general desire to do good lighting
INTERMEDIATE:
Equivalent of IESNA ED 150, up to 10 years working in lighting industry
MASTERS:
Advanced IES and/or College Education in Lighting, 10+ years experience in lighting
