Set into a steep slope on the colleges serene, wooded campus, this new residence hall is designed to maximize views and integrate the building into the campus setting. The building is designed as an environment for living and learning and is composed of suites that enable use as a continuing education conference center during summer months. The project has a distinctive aesthetic, inspired by the materials, colors, and architectural styles of the original 1936 mansion and more recent campus buildings.
