WRT's master plan for this liberal arts college identifies new building sites and proposes changes that will enhance campus life and attract more students. The plan offers improvements to the landscape, re-orients the campus to a central green, and creates connections from the core campus to the surrounding open spaces. WRT also designed a new residence hall, the first step in substantially increasing the quantity and quality of student housing options on campus. The building contains 143 beds in a mix of suites, as well as traditional single and double rooms. It also includes a fully appointed apartment intended for occupancy by a faculty member and a variety of flexible common spaces, some of which can double as overflow classroom and seminar facilities.
