Consisting of 100 rental townhomes on a 61-acre suburban site, this project
is the first affordable housing constructed and occupied in response to the
landmark New Jersey Supreme Court Mount Laurel decision, intended to
ensure the availability of affordable housing in all communities. The
buildings and landscape, both designed by WRT, meet the community's high
standards of development quality and are virtually indistinguishable from
nearby housing offered at market rate.
