WRT served as master planner, landscape architect, and executive architect for the centerpiece of a 300-acre recreational and mixed-use development on the Delaware River. This 112,000-SF facility includes competition and recreational swimming pools, basketball/volleyball gymnasiums, wrestling facilities, an aerobics and fitness center, and a multipurpose community and senior center. The buildings form and materials are designed as a contemporary interpretation of the commercial and industrial buildings that once lined the Delaware River waterfront.
