WRT designed Marriott's new Fairway Villas at Seaview, a 270-unit timeshare resort on a 44-acre wooded site bordering the Absecon Bay. A community center, spa, and pool facility, and a golf school are among the many amenities that serve the nine residential buildings. As architect and landscape architect for this project, WRT achieved a seamless fit between the buildings and their setting. Each program component was carefully sited to minimize grading, retain as much existing vegetation as possible, and create an "in the woods" sense of seclusion while still affording the occasional view out to an adjoining 18-hole championship golf course.
