We plan park systems strategically, helping clients to balance the competing desires for parks and recreation facilities with the realities of municipal budgets for land acquisition, construction, operation, and maintenance. Our open space planning techniques focus on the value of open space as green infrastructure, involve a community's conservation partners, and recognize that financial resources are rarely adequate to acquire all that should be protected.
