This 4.5-acre civic space serves as a vibrant new gathering place for the community of Windsor and the nucleus for its new downtown currently in development. Mixed-use buildings are being developed to surround the green, which includes a historic grove of blue oaks preserved on the site, a band stand, central pavilion, linear fountain and play area.
