Beideman Place Townhouses are small, tightly packed new dwellings located on an alley in a Victorian historic district. In historic San Francisco courtyards between cottages and houses are common. Beideman Place Townhouses creates a new version of the San Francisco courtyard, providing security, accommodations for automobiles, and moderately priced market-rate housing at more than twice the density of neighboring older buildings.
