This 5,700-SF residence in Telluride is used as a ski house and family retreat. The house is sited on a knoll to capture
panoramic views. Its location creates a pattern of access that includes a tower containing a spiral stair and a bridge
from the tower to the house. The architecture is inspired by nearby mines and ranch buildings. Exterior materials are
stone, wood and steel.
The house was published in 'Architectural Digest,' August 1995.
