RIVERSIDE MOTORSPORTS PARK AND ALTAMONT RACEWAY PARK STRIKE OPERATING AGREEMENT
Atwater, Calif., December 13, 2005—Riverside Motorsports Park, LLC and Altamont Raceway Park, Inc. announced
today that the two companies have entered into a business relationship that provides for Riverside Motorsports Park
to lease and operate Altamont Raceway Park’s 1/2- and 1/4-mile oval racing facility for a period of two years.
Management of both companies are pleased that the agreement assures that the popular Altamont racing facility will
be open for the 2006 racing season. In the very near term, Riverside Motorsports Park will announce the operations
management team as well as the process for requesting event reservations. All information will be posted on both
